Elektros Opens a New Chapter: Exploring American Lithium Potential and the Road Ahead
Company outlines a measured path across domestic lithium evaluation, international logistics and patented EV charging innovation
A Fresh Perspective on Opportunity
WEST PALM BEACH, FL / ACCESS Newswire / October 23, 2026 / ELEKTROS Inc. (OTC PINK:ELEK) (the "Company") is entering a new day with a renewed focus on identifying opportunities that could shape its long-term direction. From preliminary lithium prospects in northern New York to possible connections between Sierra Leone lithium logistics and U.S. refining, ELEKTROS is evaluating where disciplined research, capable partners and practical execution may intersect.
Looking North: An American Lithium Possibility
A central area of interest is the potential for lithium-bearing properties in northern New York State near the Canadian border. ELEKTROS is considering the strategic merits of this region as part of its broader interest in U.S.-based lithium opportunities. This review is early-stage: the Company has not announced a property acquisition, mineral rights, a compliant resource or reserve, verified grades, a development plan or production at any New York location.
Connecting the Pieces of a Lithium Strategy
Beyond domestic evaluation, the Company continues to examine logistics associated with lithium in Sierra Leone and potential introductions to U.S. refining facilities. The objective is to understand possible routes from material sourcing to processing, along with the commercial, regulatory and financial requirements that would need to be satisfied. No definitive refinery arrangement or shipment commitment is being announced here.
Innovation Beyond the Mine
ELEKTROS is also exploring potential ELEKTROS-branded EV fast-charging sites and routes to commercialize its Multi-Port Charging Assembly for Electric Vehicles, protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,522,100 B1. Discussions about sites, prototype development and possible commercialization remain exploratory; no signed charging partnership, patent license or patent sale is announced in this release.
Market Attention, Long-Term Discipline
The Company previously reported a 51.52% daily advance in ELEK shares for the trading day referenced in its October 22, 2026 announcement, based on its review of Bloomberg stock quotes and Yahoo Finance. That historical observation is not a statement about trading on October 23, 2026 or an indication of future performance. Management remains focused on the work required to turn promising ideas into verifiable milestones.
The Work Ahead
ELEKTROS intends to assess possible opportunities through property access, geological review, permitting, processing options, infrastructure, capital requirements and commercial feasibility. The Company has not announced government grants, defense contracts or definitive transactions related to the initiatives described above. Future announcements, if any, will depend on actual progress and the availability of information suitable for public disclosure.
A Message from Leadership
"We are approaching this next chapter with energy and a clear sense of responsibility," said Shlomo Bleier, Chief Executive Officer of ELEKTROS Inc. "We see reasons to explore, ask better questions and build relationships, but we know that real progress must be demonstrated through action. Our commitment is to keep working diligently and communicate with shareholders as meaningful developments occur."
