(NYSE:BGSF), ("BGSF" or "the Company"), a leading provider of workforce solutions for the specialized property management industry, today announced the closing of its previously announced divestiture of its Professional Division to INSPYR Solutions, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners, for cash of $99 million.

BGSF intends to use the net proceeds from the transaction to substantially eliminate its outstanding debt and to make high-return investments in its Property Management business.
