The appointments fill vacancies created by an increase in the size of the Board approved in August 2025. Each of the newly appointed directors is considered independent under NASDAQ listing rules. The Company previously disclosed these appointments in a Form 8-K on November 21, 2025.

Mr. Hussein holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from New York University.
Alexander Monje is a Partner and Chief Legal Officer of 10X Capital. He has served in senior legal, capital markets, and governance roles for public and private companies, including as a board member and chairman of publicly traded companies.
