Les Gombik and Amanda Henkel have been named co-managing partners of Caldwell's Industrial Practice, while Dave Winston has been appointed managing partner of Caldwell Analytics.

With more than 30 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience, Gombik advises public, private and private equity-backed organizations across multiple industries, with particular depth in the industrial sector. His practice focuses on CEO, board, finance, human resources and technology leadership appointments.
