Seasoned HOA bankers Kimberly Bohn and Chris Lucas join a growing roster of talent added in 2026

(NASDAQ:AVBH), the holding company for Avidbank, a California state-chartered bank, today announced the hiring of two seasoned professionals, Kimberly Bohn and Chris Lucas, to lead and build its new HOA Banking Solutions vertical. The team extends Avidbank's deposit and treasury management capabilities to homeowners associations (HOAs) and the management companies that serve them, adding further diversification and depth to the Bank's deposit franchise.
HOA Banking Solutions offers operating and reserve accounts, streamlined dues and assessment collection, and reserve management tailored to associations and their management partners.
Kimberly Bohn, Senior Vice President, Managing Director of HOA Banking Solutions, will lead and build the new team. She brings 30 years of experience serving the HOA industry, most recently at Heritage Bank of Commerce, where she worked closely with homeowners associations, HOA management companies, and industry partners to develop tailored banking solutions and long-term client relationships.
Chris Lucas, Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer, joins HOA Banking Solutions to lead business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationships. She also brings 30 years of HOA banking experience, most recently at Heritage Bank of Commerce, where she built trusted relationships with HOA management companies, their boards, and industry service providers.
