Shareholder Update
Black Dragon Chairman and CEO Confirms Significant Advancement in shareholders updates.
DALLAS, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 10, 2026 / Black Dragon Resource Company (OTCID:BDGR) today announced updates regarding adding significant financial commitments. The goal is to retire the shares and place them into the company's treasury as well as to complete the acquisition of the sand plant and property.
Mr. Saviano is engaging with attorneys to implement structures that will be beneficial to company and its shareholders.
Management issued a press release on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, disclosing Chairman/CEO and Director's commitment relating to stock purchases. The shareholders will know by the filing of Form 3's when the purchases have been completed.
Today, the Chairman/CEO confirms that he is committing the funds without any convertible notes, nor any toxic investments.
This strategic initiative is expected to substantially reduce the public float and outstanding share count while underscoring management's confidence in the company's future.
"The goal is to bring the company to NYSE quality. Black Dragon is entering an exciting phase of growth, and I intend to back that belief with a significant investment. Reducing the outstanding share count is an important step toward building the capital structure this company deserves. I'm scheduling a full disclosure live Q&A interview Friday September 18th, and will announce the distribution on Monday September 14th." said Mr. Saviano.
The company believes this initiative will more closely align management's interests with shareholders while positioning Black Dragon for the next phase of its growth strategy.
The next phase is to upgrade the company to a higher trading tier. This step also involves receiving EDGAR codes for direct SEC filings and Disclosures.
