Mr. Perret brings more than three decades of international executive leadership spanning investment banking, commercial real estate development, corporate governance, and franchise operations across Canada and Australia. In his new role, Mr. Perret will oversee Pathfinder's immediate operational and capital markets priorities, including accelerating RV site sales at key properties such as Agassiz and Parksville, finalizing regulatory and relisting requirements, and expanding the Company's strategic footprint into attainable modular housing communities.
