LIFT Files NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Yellowknife Lithium Project, NWT, Canada
Li-FT Power Ltd. ("LIFT" or the "Company") (TSXV:LIFT)(OTCQX:LIFFF)(Frankfurt:WS0) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated October 1, 2024, it has filed an NI 43-101 Technical Report for its Yellowknife Lithium Project on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca). The report, titled "Initial Mineral Resource Estimate for the Yellowknife Lithium Project, Northwest Territories, Canada," presents an initial Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") for 8 of 13 spodumene-bearing pegmatite dykes at the Project. The consolidated in-pit MRE is reported at 50.4 million tonnes grading 1.00% Li2O, totaling 506,000 tonnes of Li2O (1.25 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent, or LCE) in the inferred category.
The Technical Report has an effective date of September 25, 2024, and a report date of November 13, 2024. Allan Armitage, Ph.D., P.Geo., and Ben Eggers, B.Sc.(Hons), MAIG, P.Geo., of SGS Geological Services, acted as Qualified Persons as defined under NI 43-101. The report is available under LIFT's profile on SEDAR+.
