Appointment of Company Secretary
Barton Gold Holdings Limited (ASX:BGD) (Barton or the Company) announces the appointment of Ms Jade Cook as Company Secretary, effective 29 November 2024.
Ms Cook has experience in a variety of companies in an in-house and outsourced capacity working with the Board, senior management and other stakeholders across several jurisdictions. Ms Cook is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's degree in Corporate Governance.
This appointment follows the retirement of Ms. Shannon Coates as Company Secretary, effective 29 November 2024. The Company extends its thanks to Ms. Coates for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Cook will be the person responsible for communications between Barton and ASX.
