Robert Hinchcliffe, President, CEO and Director, acquired an aggregate 780,000 common shares of the Company in the current calendar year at an average price of approximately $0.475 per share. These purchases come after acquiring just over 1 million shares in 2024 and 1.6 million shares in the open market in 2023. As a result, Mr. Hinchcliffe now owns a total of 8,530,746 common shares of Galway Metals, representing approximately 8% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
