(TSXV:EMPR)(OTCQX:EMPYF) ("Empress Royalty" or the "Company") announces its financial and operating results for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, highlighting record revenue from its existing portfolio and continued strong year-over-year growth.

"Revenue for the nine-month period was nearly double that of 2024, supported by strong operating cash flow. Key Financial and Operating Highlights:
Total Revenue: For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, Empress Royalty recorded royalty and streaming revenue of US$10.8M, with gross profit of US$7.4M.
Positive Cash Flow: The Company achieved positive operating cash flow of US$5.2M for the nine month period.
Net Income: Empress Royalty reported a net income of US$3.0M for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, up significantly from US$0.5M in the same period of 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA: The Company's adjusted EBITDA for the nine month period was US$7.1M.
Quarterly Performance: For the three months ended September 30, 2025, the Company's royalty and stream revenue was US$4.2M and net income of US$1.4M.
These results reflect continued growth from the Company's producing royalty and streaming investments and its focus on disciplined capital allocation aimed at long-term value creation.
