The patent, entitled "Composition and method for transdermal delivery of cannabidiol (CBD) and delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)" expands Ovation's intellectual property protection beyond its previously issued U.S. patent and significantly strengthens the Company's growing international patent portfolio.
