Pharma-Bio Serv Announces Results for the Quarter Ended July 31, 2026
DORADO, PR / ACCESS Newswire / September 14, 2026 / Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. ("Pharma-Bio Serv" or the "Company") (OTCQB:PBSV), a compliance, project management and technology transfer support consulting firm today announced that revenues for the three and nine months ended July 31, 2026 were approximately $2.3 million and $7.3 million, respectively, representing increases of approximately $0.4 million and $0.5 million compared to the same periods last year.
For the three and nine months ended July 31, 2026, the Company reported a net loss of $14 thousand and net income of approximately $252 thousand, respectively, representing improvements of approximately $190 thousand and $352 thousand, respectively, compared with the corresponding periods of the prior year.
