CEO Open Market Purchases Tops 1 Million Shares in 2024 after 1.7 Million Shares Purchased in 2023
Galway Metals Inc. Robert Hinchcliffe, President, CEO and Director, acquired an aggregate 1,030,000 common shares of the Company in the current calendar year at an average price of approximately $0.45 per share. These purchases come after acquiring 1,664,000 share in the open market in 2023. As a result, Mr. Hinchcliffe now owns a total of 7,750,746 common shares of Galway Metals, representing approximately 9% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
