Racks Billiards Announces Expansion with Acquisition of Second Location in Casselberry, Florida
SANFORD, FLORIDA / ACCESS Newswire / February 17, 2026 / Racks Billiards, a Sanford, Florida-based entertainment and hospitality company operating under the ticker symbol ACCR (Access Power & Co.), today announced the acquisition of its second location through the purchase of the former Clicks Billiards location in Casselberry, Florida. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy and regional footprint.

The Casselberry location, previously operated as a well-known billiards venue, will be rebranded and relaunched under the Racks Billiards name. Management expects the new location to contribute in excess of $150,000 in estimated monthly revenue once fully operational, driven by established local demand, expanded food and beverage offerings, league play, and special events.
"This acquisition represents a major step forward for Racks Billiards and our shareholders," said Pedro Botta, Chief Executive Officer. "By securing a proven location in a strong market, we believe we are positioned to accelerate revenue growth while leveraging our existing operational model and brand recognition. We are in the process of expanding the Racks Billiards brand throughout the Central Florida market and view this acquisition as an important part of that broader expansion strategy."
The company plans to implement upgrades to the Casselberry location, including enhanced entertainment offerings, updated interiors, and expanded marketing initiatives, while maintaining the community-driven atmosphere that has defined Racks Billiards' success in Sanford.
Management views the acquisition as part of a broader strategy to scale the Racks Billiards brand across Central Florida and beyond, targeting locations with established customer bases and strong revenue potential.
