Bath Flip Offers Relief for Customers Left in Limbo After NEWPRO Abruptly Closes
Local bath remodeler to honor deposits and complete unfinished bath projects for affected homeowners
LONDONDERRY, NH / ACCESS Newswire / November 5, 2025 / Bath Flip, a leading New England bathroom remodeling company known for fast, high-quality installations, has announced a support program for homeowners impacted by the sudden shutdown of NEWPRO Home Solutions and its parent company, Renovo Home Partners. The closure, which left customers across Massachusetts and surrounding states without communication, refunds, or finished projects, has created a wave of uncertainty for homeowners who had already paid deposits toward bathroom remodels - in some cases, thousands of dollars.

Bath Flip is stepping in to help.
Effective immediately, Bath Flip will:
Honor deposits originally paid to NEWPRO / Renovo for bath or shower remodels
Complete the installation using Bath Flip's professional design and build teams
Only charge customers the remaining project balance - not the full price
"We understand how devastating and stressful this situation is for families who thought their projects were underway," said Anthony Picarello, CEO of Bath Flip. "When a company closes overnight and disappears, customers are left without options. We're in the business of doing the right thing - and we're prepared to step up and get these projects done."
Bath Flip has launched a dedicated support hotline for affected NEWPRO/Renovo customers: Bath Flip Relief Hotline: 617-313-7121 or visit BathFlip.com/Relief
Customers will be asked to provide documentation of their original contract or deposit payment to NEWPRO/Renovo. The Bath Flip team will then review the project and schedule a design consultation and installation timeline.
"It shouldn't fall on homeowners to absorb the cost and disruption of a company's failure," Picarello added. "We want people to know that there is still a trustworthy, local provider here to help them move forward."
