Local bath remodeler to honor deposits and complete unfinished bath projects for affected homeowners

The closure, which left customers across Massachusetts and surrounding states without communication, refunds, or finished projects, has created a wave of uncertainty for homeowners who had already paid deposits toward bathroom remodels - in some cases, thousands of dollars.

Effective immediately, Bath Flip will:

Honor deposits originally paid to NEWPRO / Renovo for bath or shower remodels

Complete the installation using Bath Flip's professional design and build teams

Only charge customers the remaining project balance - not the full price
