Stripe Theory Announces New Presidents, Ushering in New Era
Adrienne Morgan and Isys Caffey-Horne Appointed Co-Presidents of Stripe Theory
Adrienne Morgan and Isys Caffey-Horne Appointed Co-Presidents of Stripe Theory
Stripe Theory (Stripe), an Atlanta-based, data-driven performance agency and a company within the Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), today announced the appointment of two new presidents to lead the company into its next chapter. Adrienne Morgan has been promoted to President and Head of Performance Marketing, and Isys Caffey-Horne has been promoted to President and Head of Strategic Communications and Reputation Management.
"On behalf of the ACC board of directors and leadership team, we congratulate Adrienne and Isys on their well-earned promotions," said Michael Nyman, Founder and CEO of ACC. "Since Stripe's acquisition, I have had the pleasure of working with Adrienne and Isys closely on a diversity of projects. These two executives are powerhouse thinkers and force multipliers, and I look forward to seeing the progress they will create together in this new era of Stripe."
Adrienne Morgan, a seasoned marketing leader, joined Stripe Theory in 2018, bringing a wealth of expertise in crafting and optimizing marketing strategies for measurable impact. Specializing in performance marketing, she has driven significant business growth across both B2B and B2C sectors by leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Prior to Stripe, Adrienne played a pivotal role in developing one of Florida's fastest-growing digital agencies, recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, and led digital and content marketing at an Atlanta-based marketing agency. Her expertise lies in designing strategic digital initiatives that not only meet client goals but also exceed expectations, delivering sustainable success in an ever-evolving marketing landscape.
"I'm honored to step into this role at such a pivotal time for Stripe Theory," says Morgan. "Our commitment to data-fueled strategies has always been at the core of our success, and I'm excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in performance marketing with the new wave of AI. We have an incredible team, and I'm confident that together, we'll deliver even greater value and innovation for our clients."
Isys Caffey-Horne specializes in corporate communications and reputation management strategies. Leading Stripe's strategic communications and crisis management practice, Isys combines data and analytics with innovative integrated marketing approaches to help clients -- spanning corporations, executives, and high-profile individuals -- mitigate risk, enhance reputation and corporate value, and achieve business objectives in an era of disinformation and complexity. Before joining Stripe, Isys served as Vice President and Global Deputy Lead for the Family Business and Foundations Practice at Edelman, and her impact has been recognized with various honors, including PR Week 40 under 40 and Campaign US's Most Inspiring Women: Leading the Charge in PR Award.
"In today's dynamic landscape, communications is more critical than ever, but how it is leveraged and received is ever-evolving," says Caffey-Horne. "At Stripe, we have built a reputation for creating impact by understanding the data and signals underpinning how people perceive and act on information. I am excited and honored to build upon this foundation to continue to help clients navigate complexity through communications excellence."
Founded in 2015 and acquired in 2020 by Acceleration Community of Companies, an independent network of cutting-edge media, marketing, and communications companies, Stripe operates across B2B and B2C industries and has served as a strategic partner to clients such as Amazon, Google, Specsavers, and Nissan, among others. Adrienne Morgan and Isys Caffey-Horne have been instrumental in Stripe's success, delivering creative solutions, dedicated client services, and focused agency leadership that have driven positive growth in headcount, client base, and revenue. The newly appointed presidents also played a critical role in Stripe's acquisition by ACC. In their new roles, Adrienne and Isys will continue to work closely with ACC to further integrate data-backed strategies and reputation-enhancing solutions throughout the community of companies.
These appointments come as Stripe's founder and CEO, Craig Kronenberger, steps down to pursue new opportunities. To support the transition, Craig will continue to support in a consultative role.
"I am incredibly proud of the team we've built at Stripe Theory, and I'm thrilled to pass the torch to Adrienne and Isys," says Kronenberger. "Their leadership, combined with Stripe's data-driven approach, will ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional results for our clients and operate on the cusp of what's next. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for Stripe, and I have full confidence in their ability to navigate the ever-evolving digital and reputation management landscapes."
Stripe Theory is headquartered in Atlanta, with a team in the Philippines.
