Blonder Tongue LLC Elevates Don Young to President, Chief Executive Officer
OLD BRIDGE, NJ / ACCESS Newswire / April 1, 2026 / Blonder Tongue LLC today announced the appointment of Don Young as President and Chief Executive Officer. Young assumes the role after serving as Chief Revenue Officer since January 12, 2026.
In his new position, Young will continue leading the Company's product strategy, sales, marketing, and technology initiatives while assuming overall responsibility for Blonder Tongue's day-to-day operations. The heads of the Company's four departments-Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance-will report directly to him.
Young succeeds Bob Palle, who will continue with Blonder Tongue as an Advisor, supporting strategic initiatives and industry relationships.
As principal owner of Blonder Tongue LLC, Bruce Terker, the President of Ballyshannon Partners says, "Don's appointment is a pivotal step in the company's future. His unique blend of engineering expertise and business leadership positions him to drive growth and long-term value."
A veteran of the video delivery industry, Young brings a unique dual-discipline background in business management and technology to the leadership team. Since first joining Blonder Tongue in 2014, he has played a key role in shaping the company's systems engineering and architectural strategy, rising to the position of Vice President of Business Development. After departing in 2021, he returned earlier this year to help lead the company into its next era of innovation and growth.
"It is an honor to step into the role of President and CEO at Blonder Tongue," said Young. "The company has built a strong reputation for reliability and engineering excellence, and I look forward to working with our team to strengthen our market position and deliver new solutions that support the evolving needs of our customers."
