IEH Corporation Filed Form 10-Q for Fiscal Quarter Ended June 30, 2026
BROOKLYN, NY / ACCESS Newswire / August 7, 2026 / IEH Corporation (OTCQX:IEHC) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the 1st quarter of Fiscal Year 2027, which ended June 30, 2026.
Highlights include:
Record Revenue of over $10M, an increase of 59% as compared to the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026
Highest Quarterly Gross Margins in 5 years
An Operating Profit of $664,802, an improvement of $1,420,108 compared to the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026
Backlog of nearly $40M, the highest in Company history
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, IEH had revenues of $10,021,446 as compared to $6,308,155 for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reflecting a 59% increase; an operating profit of $664,802 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2027 as compared to an operating loss of $755,306 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2026; net income of $654,466 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2027 as compared to a net loss of $654,618 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2026; and a basic gain per share of $.26 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2027 as compared to a basic loss per share of $.27 for 1st quarter fiscal year 2026.
Dave Offerman, President and CEO of IEH Corporation commented, "By all available metrics, IEH had an outstanding first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. Our revenue reached an all-time high of just over $10M, our gross margins nearly doubled from the same quarter last year, and our Operating Income improved by over $1.4M. Our backlog remains at an all-time high, and we are hiring and adding capacity and equipment to meet the surging demand in the defense, commercial aerospace, space and medical markets we serve. The stabilization in gold prices over the last several months has allowed the price increases we implemented over the past year to flow through to our margins earlier than projected. Importantly, our sales pipeline remains strong, heralding continued growth for the rest of this fiscal year and beyond. We look forward to sharing more positive developments in the coming quarters.
On behalf of the management team and staff of IEH, we again wish to express our sincere gratitude for the support of our valued shareholders."
