Shields, Harper & Co. Announces Acquisition of Petroleum Marketing Equipment and Establishes Combined Fueling Division
MARTINEZ, CA / ACCESS Newswire / April 1, 2026 / Shields, Harper & Co. (SHC) today announced the acquisition of Petroleum Marketing Equipment (PME), further strengthening SHC's position as a leading distributor of fueling equipment, infrastructure solutions, and related services.
PME will continue to operate under its established name and brand, maintaining the strong customer relationships, technical expertise, and industry reputation it has built over many years.
As part of the transaction, SHC has established a divisional leadership structure to support the continued growth of the combined organization. Niazi Alzouhbi, formerly President of Shields, Harper & Co., will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the combined enterprise. In this role, he will focus on long-term strategy, organizational growth, and future expansion initiatives.
Don Petroni will serve as President of the Fueling Division, overseeing the combined SHC and PME distribution operations and leading continued investment in customer service, operational excellence, and market expansion. SHC's non-fueling brands, including LilyPad EV, Keystone Electric, and Convenience Store Fixtures will continue to be led by their respective segment leaders.
